The "LWF" belt-type weighing feeder for continuous constant flow supply of powdered and granular materials such as food and plastic raw materials controls the belt speed in response to fluctuations in the apparent specific gravity of the materials. The flow rate range without gate adjustment is wide (BW-□-1D/1:125). It is designed with consideration for inspection and cleaning, allowing for easy belt removal and attachment. Suitable materials include resin pellets, resin powder, fluff, filler, glass fiber, grains, and legumes. The flow rate ranges are 2–1500 L/h, 4–10000 L/h, and 10–26000 L/h, with belt widths from 150 mm to 500 mm, and the power supply is AC200V single phase 0.6 kVA.
